• What connected device you are using to use the SoundTouch App?
• Can you please inform us on the software versions of the following: Your devices', SoundTouch App and SoundTouch 300 Firmware version. 
• Have you connected the Echo Dot directly to your SoundTouch 300 via Aux?
• Can you connect your Alexa to any other devices?

This is in response to the below questions asked by you in another thread with the same subject.

What connected device you are using to use the SoundTouch App?

The app is installed on my Android Phone Pixel 2 XL.

Can you please inform us on the software versions of the following: Your devices', SoundTouch App and SoundTouch 300 Firmware version.

Phone - Android 10

Alexa App Version: 2.2.299614.0

SoundTouch App: 23.0.0

SoundTouch 300: 22.0.3

Have you connected the Echo Dot directly to your SoundTouch 300 via Aux?

No, Echo Dot and SoundTouch 300 are in the same Wi-Fi network. I am using Bose skill in Alexa to add SoundTouch 300 as a speaker.

Can you connect your Alexa to any other devices?

Yes, I have added multiple switches and lights. All got discovered successfully.

Hello Rahul, 

Thank you for getting back in touch, and thanks for providing the information. 

With regards to further troubleshooting, have you tried the following: 

- Connecting with an alternative device besides the Pixel phone

- Factory resetting the SoundTouch 300 and setting up as new

- Ensure the SoundTouch 300 and the Echo dot are on the same wireless network SSID

- If your internet router supports 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands, disable syncing.
