- What connected device you are using to use the SoundTouch App?
- Can you please inform us on the software versions of the following: Your devices', SoundTouch App and SoundTouch 300 Firmware version.
- Have you connected the Echo Dot directly to your SoundTouch 300 via Aux?
- Can you connect your Alexa to any other devices?
