I just subsribed to amazon prime solely because it was listed as an option on my Bose sound touch app, but it says it is not supported in my region? Is there a fix for this? If not, I'm just curious as to why it is listed as an option on the app. Please let me know so I can cancel my subscription, or switch to Sonos t see if that works. Thank you,

The SoundTouch app for iOS must be at least 12.0.6 and the SoundTouch app for Android must be at least 12.0.9.
To add Amazon Music/Prime as a service on the SoundTouch app please follow the below instructions:

I’ve done all of that, and did it again, but it still says it’s not available on my region.
Even one the video you sent, it says “only USA” but expanding soon.
Please let me know as soon as possible, as I would like to try and return my speakers if this is not going to work.
Can I please confirm if you have included Amazon Music Unlimited within your subscription?
I had Amazon music unlimited, but that didn't work either and cost 10 extra dollars on top of prime, now I have amazon PRIME music, which is still payed for.
