App cannot find SoundTouch 10 speaker


Computer always works.
Phone App constantly loses speaker.
Usually works if I reset the router. Don’t want to reset router every time I want to use speaker w phone app. Will have to sell and get Sonos if not resolved. Spent way too much time on this and it has been a very negative, frustrating experience.

Is your ST 10 able to play from presets or manually without using the app?  I had a simmelar issue with my tablet, every device worked well with the app all but not the tablet. The problem was caused by the IP adres my tablet received from my router. Check yours and look in the DHCP list of your router if there's another device which claims this IP adres. After I gave my tablet a fixed IP the problem was gone. In my case it was the IP adres from my settop box.
