App not picking up SoundTouch even though both are connected to the same network

Hi. My system is connected to my wifi network but the app won't detect it. I can play the radio channels. I have reset both systems but this keeps happening. Please advise. This is becoming really frustrating and I would not currently recommend Bose above other wifi linked systems.

Hi Dbiddles79,

 

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with system detection.

Do you also have the app installed on different devices?  Mobile phone, tablet, or computer?  If so, does this happen on those devices?

 

Will a power cycle of your wireless router resolve (even temporarily) the issue?
