When trying to connect to a Soundtouch 300, the service light on the Bass Module 500 is solid amber. I held the button on the Bass Module, but it just blinks white for a while and reverts to the solid amber state. We even unplugged it for 30 seconds and plugged it back in. How do I resolve this issue?
