Ive said my piece and i accept your opinion.

 

In regards to Apple you obviously hold them in a high regard. The same can't be said for me who had an Iphone 6S for 1year 2months and had a complete phone failure, phone was in prisitine condition like new condition and then just suddenly wouldnt turn on one day. 

 

Apple refused to repair or replace and said i only have a 1 year warranty, everybody knows that eletrical items in the EU should have a 2 year warranty by default but Apple STILL try to circumvent this. No matter how i tried they refused stating my 1 year warranty. 

 

If you search the web theres thousands of people complaining about them - just like any other company. They certainly arn't perfect!

So... has the problem been fixed? or when will you fix it?! 

its not just a frustration, its a problem that needs attention.

yea what's up with that?

 

It started on my Bose device just from the last update

My Bose is completely useless for me now
