My speaker (SoundTouch 20) connects via SoundTouch App, but won’t connect via Bluetooth to any device. Speaker on and set to Ready to Connect, but error message on device says Connection Unsuccessful make sure speaker is on and in range. Have cleared pairing list. This is happening on multiple devices. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting to the forum. Sorry to hear that this is happening. Have you tried "Forgetting" or unpairing the speaker on all of the devices that you're trying to connect from? On Apple devices you should be able to do this by clicking the information symbol (letter I in a circle) that appears next to the speaker's name on the device's Bluetooth menu. On most Android devices you can either click an icon of a gear that appears next to the speaker's name or hold your finger down on the name itself. Sometimes the option is called "Unpair".
