Hello Silgangemi,

Thank you for the reply.

Well since you have tested another speaker with your mobile device, I would suggest contacting support via the phone.

The last thing I can suggest trying is a factory default on the SoundTouch 10.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then go HERE and scroll to the bottom of the page after choosing your region and select "Contact Us" for the technical support phone number.

Kind Regards,

Re: Bluetooth

Hi Silvia,

Thank you for joining the Community!  Sorry to hear about the connection issues, but would be happy to help!

  • When the speaker turns on, does the Bluetooth light go to a solid white LED?
  • In the iPhone's Bluetooth list, does it show the speaker as connected?
  • Can we try and clear the Bluetooth list on the speaker by holding down the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds?  The Bluetooth LED should go back to a slow blinking blue.
  • Also remove the speaker from  the iPhone's Bluetooth device list and start a fresh connection with the speaker.

Let us know how it goes!

Warm Regards,

Re: Bluetooth

Hello Silgangemi,

Thanks for the additional details.

Are you able to test with a different mobile device such as a friend or family members to see if there is still no audio when connecting via Bluetooth?

Let us know.

Regards,
