Having trouble getting both to play off my iPhones or iPod I did pair the speakers on app&? Any suggestions. At point of returning

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about that. Could I ask? 

• Are you having issues playing a specific source from the source device?
• Have you tried streaming via Bluetooth and through WiFI?
