The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Bose Soundtouch and aoundtouch 10

I Purchased these two systems thinking that they would be all I needed in a full sound system for my home.  I cant believe I  spent $1000 plus on this crap!  Its the worst system I've ever had! Constantly shuts off disconnects from my phone which is a Samsung 9 and my wifes iPhone! Ive had these speakers since 2016 and constantly having to reset the system or deleting my app and re installing. You think for this amount of money you could get something that actually works. Well Im now at a point where the sound touch is not being recognozed at all. You think you could redund me my money so I could go out and by a half decent system maybe 3 Sonos speakers and I would be vwry happy indeed!!!
