Hi all! I had a lot of problems after Bose sofware update, but the reason was not the Bose. I had network hard-drive at my home network which was the root cause for the problems. Somehow there was no problems with the old software, problems started only after update. Another thing is that when I bought Bose about an year ago, I had network operators wifi-router which didn't work well with Bose. I bought the new one and everything worked. So if you have problems with Bose's network connectivity to iTunes library etc..., go through all of the devices you've connected to your network and also consider the new wifi router.
