Bose soundlink mini 2 LED-Status bar

Hello there,
I have since 2 days now the new Bose SoundLink mini 2 but now is suddenly no longer the LED status bar is that normal ??
The box I have yesterday charged the second time otherwise nothing happens either fallen down yet to hit somewhere.
Please help

Hi ReapZz,


With symptoms like these on SoundLink mini we would suggest a few steps first:

  1. Perform a basic reset by turning the speaker on and then holding down the power button for a full 10 seconds. 
  2. Perform a deeper reset the SoundLink Mini with the following steps:
    1. Connect the speaker to power
    2. Press and hold the Multi-function button for 10 seconds
    3. While continuing to hold the Multi-function button, unplug the speaker from power
    4. Release the Multi-function button
    5. Wait another 10 seconds
    6. Reconnect the power cord.


If you still have no LED's after these two steps, please contact Bose service locally for further assistance on your product. In the USA you can call 800-380-4831 - Hours are M-F 9am to 9pm EST; Saturday 9am-6pm; In other regions you can find contact details by visiting http://global.bose.com  and selecting your country from the drop-down menu.
