I'm trying to add my itunes as a music service using the soundtouch app, but when I try adding Music Library on Computer, the option for My ITunes music library, is disabled (unClickable).
I did the correct setting on itunes regarding sharing, and im not sure what else to do to make this work...
app version - 18.1.4

Are you using a Mac or Windows computer? Which operating system are you on? Is the music currently stored on the computer locally or in the Apple Cloud?

Thank you for posting.
Which versions of Windows are you currently running? Was iTunes downloaded from the Apple Website or from the Windows app store? Is all the music stored locally on your computer or in the cloud?
Let me know the results so I can help you further.
Thank you for the details.
Is your network adapter set to private or public? You would want this set to private and media streaming has to be enabled. You can locate this under "Control Panel" and "Network and Sharing Center".
Please also check in iTunes under Preferences>choose Advanced tab>select "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications".
Let us know what the results are.
I've already checked both of those items and my adapter is set to private and streaming is enabled. Also, I've already checked that iTunes setting and it is set to share.
My iTunes library worked perfectly until this last software update.
Thanks for the update!

Only the "my iTunes music library" is grayed out. The "windows media player music library" is available to use, but I don't want to. Before this last update, I could just select the iTunes library.
