The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Hi Mjh246,

 

Sorry to hear about the difficulties.  Where exactly are you having trouble?  Are you having difficulty connecting your system to Wi-Fi?  Is the system already connected but cannot be found by the app?

I need your help, I have a 520 and 130 systems. Both have problems configuring Sounstouch!!

 

On the soundtouch app (by Win10 and iOS) both are connected, but need to be setting up. When I star to set up, give a speaker name, then: "Can't Connect Something happened and we Couldn't add the speaker to your SoundTouch account. Please try again later."

 

I tried more than 30 times with both systems, and have the same problem!!!

 

Help me please.
