the sound is intermittent (connected by bluetooth, or with auxiliary cable). When the connection is established (be it by iphone, or ipad) you hear something similar to a continuous blow.
I've tried all the tips from the user guide, but it's still the same.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your setup. What are you connecting via AUX cable? Smart phone? Computer?
I have used Iphone, and my iPad.
I am living in Argentina and I have been try to find authorized service, but is impossible find a support or a telephone number.
When I try to reproduce my music it sound with interruptions. Ugly!
What can I do?

I have already tried everything. I have called in Argentina phone: 001 800 222 1889 (this is the number of the link you send me). But it is not a valid number.
I also called a phone number for Latin America and after answering they referred me to another section, and nobody answered.
It's really been impossible for an efficient response from Bose.
