Constantly losing connection

My SoundTouch 10 plays internet radio and all of a sudden stops playing. The Bose app says the SoundTouch cannot be found. According to my router the SoundTouch is connected and also the WiFi indicator on the SoundTouch is solid white.

 

The WiFi in my house is pretty stable - other streaming services do not experience any problems. What else could be wrong?

Thanks for the post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with playing internet radio.

 

You say you play other streaming services on your SoundTouch system?  Which ones do you use?

 

Does this happen with a specific radio station, or does it happen with several different ones?
