my daughter has an issue with radiofrequencies and has headaches. We have an apparatus to identify radiofrequences and the our Bose Soundtough 300 speaker is emitting WiFi and Bluetooth radiofrequencies.
Is there a way to permanently disabling both emitters? We have tried using the soundtough button followed by 0, but the soundbar still emits. Are there instructions to physically open the speaker and unplugging the WiFi and Bluetooth emitter?
Hello Luc! Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community.
I am very sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. I do not believe there is an option to disable the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth transmitters, outside of depriving the soundbar of power, as they are part of an integrated circuit within the unit. I will follow up to see if this is even possible, though I suspect that it is not. For now, if you suspect your soundbar is causing you daughter discomfort, please unplug the soundbar from power.
