Good morning, I think I have a problem with my Acoustimass 300 and I would like to compare with you.
I have a feeling that the bass sound is distorted, the sound is not clean and deep but it is jagged.
The problem is evident when watching movies.
I have already tried to disconnect and reconnect the Sub to the SoundBar, I calibrated the SoundBar and Sub but I have not solved my problem.
Someone with my same problem?
Do you have any advice?
Thank you.
Hi Duccio,
Thanks for the post, and I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your AM300 bass module.
Are you able to connect a 3.5mm hardwire from the bass module to your Soundbar? If you can do this, it may help determine if the issue is interference or something else.
Let us know so we can get this resolved.

Thank you very much for your answer.
What do you mean to set up the wifi?
Hi Duccio,
Were you able to connect the 3.5mm cable to the AM300 and soundbar? This should help us isolate whether it is interference or an issue elsewhere.
Warm Regards,
Tony A
Hello and thanks for your advice,
I tried to reconnect the wifi but the problem has not been solved.
I tried to move the diver and it seems that the problem has diminished.
I will try to connect the sub with the cable and I will let you know.
Thank you very much
Good morning,
today I can say that I have solved my problem.
The problem was due to the incorrect positioning of the Sub by creating these distortions of sound with the environment.
So those who have had my usual problem recommend moving the sub and of course re-calibrating.
Thanks to all of you for the advice.
