Error 3101

Hi
For the last 2 days when I try to play music from deezer on my SoundTouch it says ' hmm we can't play that right now. Error 3101.' This happens on the pre set music and anything i try to play . I have turned it off and on , turned router off and on, uninstalled and re installed. Nothing is working and I don't know what else to do. I have mailed bose help
And await a reply. Is this a common problem? We have had
System for 2 years and never this

Thanks for the post.  The Deezer issue has been resolved by Deezer.  Can you test again and see if it works for you?
