Is your music from iTunes stored locally on the computer or is it in the cloud? To clarify, if you open iTunes next to each song do you see a cloud logo? If the music is stored on your computer, is it stored on the C drive? Do you have any firewall or 3rd Party antivirus installed on your computer?

The music library is stored on the computer in my Itunes
There is Windows Firewall when turned off made no difference
There is Avast virus software and Malware Bytes

Would it be possible to temporarily disable Avast and Malware Bytes to see if it blocking the communication?
