Error Message 1011

I have been getting the error message 1011 when trying to listen to station 92.5 The River (boston). Any suggestions on getting it to work??

Hi Flametrees,
Sorry to hear the station is not working. I was looking into this and it looks like the station will not play at vtuner.com as well. I would like to get a little more information about your system to better assist you.
Can you please provide me with the following:
The model of your SoundTouch system.
Your ISP provider. 
Your router make and model.
The last known time the station did work for you.
Do all other functions work on your system like stored music for example.

I have a brand new Soundtouch POrtable II
My ISP provider is IINET
The router is BOB model supplied by IINET
The station works using Tunein on my Iphone and was working fine last night. Just cant get it on the Bose.
All other functions appear to be working fine.
