Error message?

Every time I've tried to connect the Bose Soundtouch 30 (have been trying for over 7 months now) I get an error message saying " cannot connect! Unable to add the systems to your SoundTouch account. Please try again later." I've reset my internet, made sure the app has all the updates, tried it on a different device, reset the speaker EVERYTHING POSSIBLE I HAVE TRIED!! I just want to have my app working so I can use my speaker to its full potential!
