1) Two SoundTouch 30's not syncing volume in the SoundTouch app. The sound levels on each speaker become erratic even though they're paired in the app.
2) Maybe related. The two remotes sync nicely when controlling next/previous but only control the respective volume. There seems to be no way to use one remote control to adjust both speaker volumes simultaneously.
Im disappointed the two excellent speakers don't function well as a synchronised pair but hope someone can advise otherwise.
We're sorry to see you're running into issues with volume control your SoundTouch 30's, but I'd be happy to assist.
When you initially set up the group using "Play All" in the SoundTouch, the best way to get the volumes to match up is slide the main volume slider all the way off and then raise it to the level that you prefer. This will then match both speakers to the same level volume output.
Is this something that you have already tried? If yes, can you describe the erratic behavior a bit more?
As for the remotes, this is only a one to one connection as far as volume controls are concerned on the system and will not control both systems simultaneously for volume adjustments.
