Hi-Res Audio using Bluetooth

I have an Astell&Kern hi-res player and wonder if this can be streamed via Bluetooth to my 525 ST without significant degradation, or whether it needs to be wired through.

Thanks for the question.  Bluetooth will compress the audio in order to send it reliably to a device, so my recommendation would be a physical connection from the player to the media center.  What kind of outputs does your A&K player have?

I have connected via 3.5 jack to RCA inputs - sounds pretty good for my first hi-res experience. Most of my stuff is still on ipod though!
