I struggle a littlebit with the library on the WD nas. Much of the music content displays multiple times. The songs come up from two to four times and the source, which is the nas, looks just right with one song after the other 1,2,3,4..... Not 1,1,1,1-2,2,2,2-3,3,3,3
Have tried to delete the nas on the bose app and then add mycloud NAS again, but still the same library displays.
Off course the songs, albums and folders all look normal and displays correct with one song/example pr folder when i explore the WD nas via PC.
How do i get to sync the bose app library with the nas disc or vice versa. Very frustrating to have the same song up to four times before it starts the nxt and then another four times.
Can you try to power cycle your Bose system and your router? Can you also try to reboot your NAS and your computer to see if that helps? The app itself will sync automatically every 15 minutes or when you close and re-open it. Can you also try to log out of the app and back in and re-test? To do this go to Menu > Settings > Account > Sign Out.

Hey mr and thnx for your attempt for a solution, but none of the above did it.
It wasn`t that likely to do it either because it had do be something library related.
Had time to another try now, with a beer, after no response here beside Brent.
This is how to: log into the nas - settings - MEDIA - DLNA and dlna database
Then you must use the second alternative - rebuild.
It takes some time but it refresh the dlna library that soundtouch uses.
Another scan does not do it. I tried that before the rebuild.
And now everything shows with only ONE copy :))
