The Bose Community Forum was launched at a time when robust online support was not available for Bose customers. Over the past several years we have added new online service channels that provide a more interactive and complete digital experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the My Bose Account capabilities to deliver a more personalized and self-service experience. As a result, Bose has made the decision to close Community Forum for Consumer electronics products on September 30th. The Bose Pro portion of the Community will still operate as usual.

Latency both in AUX-Jack AND when using Airplay (Soundtouch 30)

1) Sound latency with the AUX-Jack problem has been  a LONG standing one. This needs to be fixed, because for many people the jack is unusable in its current state.

2) When using Airplay, I had no problems until this recent firmware/software "upgrade". Now my Bose products are no longer in-time with my Apple products.


Sound latency is a BIG problem when consusmers are trying to fill more than one room with the same sound.

...PLEASE FIX, or buy back my two, now virtually unsuable, Bose products.

Thanks for letting us know, JUSTSWB.  Although we don't have any news on the AUX delay issue I can tell you that the Airplay latency is being looked into.
