Since the last SoundTouch app update, the TuneIn and SiriusXM services no longer work. Only iHeartRadio and Amazon Music does work. TuneIn error is 4501. SiriusXM error is 3900. For TuneIn is says "Hmm...That didn't work. Please try again." For SiriusXM, it says "Hmm...Looks like SiriusXM isn't available right now. Please try again later." Any ideas how to fix this? For some extra context may I ask which Soundtouch system are you using?
Have you also removed and re-added your Soundtouch app on your device, and also rebooted this device to see if this provides any improvements?

I'm having the same issues, I've done everything that the post have suggested. I'm still getting the error message "looks like SiriusXM isn't available right now. Please try again later.

It is no longer working again. I have the Lifestyle 20, Lifestyle v35 and Soundtouch 130. I can only play iHeart Radio. SiriusXM, TuneIn and Amazon Music do not work. Thank youu.

Hello Hector - I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app as well as turned all the devices off and then back on with no remedy.
