My Bose subwoofer is connected but not playing sound.

We have plugged in and paired our subwoofer but it is not playing any sound. I have read the manual and i think ive tried everything it mentions there so im coming to y'all trying to figure out how to make it work. Please help.

Sorry about your bass module (subwoofer) problem C_hood.   What is the color of the light on the back of your subwoofer?  In the mean time I encourage you to contact Bose Product Support 1-800-379-2073.

 

Please reply regarding the sub’s light plus keep us informed regarding Bose Support’s recommendation.  I’m very confident your issue will be resolved.
