New Surround speaker not working with Sound touch 300 soundbar even after update

I recently purchased surround speakers for my soundtouch 300 soundbar. But in the soundtouch app the surround speakers are not visible and not able to pair the soundbar with surround speaker manually.. I updated the app & updated the soundbar but the surround speakers are not able to pair.

 

My friend tried the surround speaker with his 700 soundbar and it worked perfectly. but i am trying with my soundtouch 300 but not working even after all the steps.

Sorry to see you're running into issues pairing the Surround Speakers to your SoundTouch 300, but I'm happy to assist.

 

Since you have tried all the steps and resets, I would suggest to contact support for further assistance.
