Thank you for your post. To clarify, it sounds like you own two SoundTouch 10 systems, and they work just fine when playing seperately, but are having an issue when playing in stereo-pair mode? Is this correct? Please try to describe your issue in as much detail as possible, and we will do our best to assist!
Have deleted and started over with the same results. Now neither speaker works. The Bose does not show up under WiFi, only the two speakers with numbers and letters appear. Have gone through the set up numerous times with the same result to the point now that when clicking play pair, it can't find the speakers at all.
About to give up and return to the retail outlet. Very frustrated as I own four other Bose systems that work flawlessly.
Thanks for your reply. Have you tried a soft reset of the SoundTouch 10s? To do this, please turn them off, unplug them for 1 minute, then reconnect them to power and try again.
Have you also tried doing this with your router? What make and model of router do you have?
If that fails, you could try the same as above, but perform a factory reset on the SoundTouch 10s instead of a soft reset. This is done as follows:
- Turn ST10s on
- Press and hold the "1" and "Volume –" buttons for 10 secs. After 10 seconds, all the LEDs on the front will flash white
- Release the buttons, and the speakers will reset themselves
- Once the WiFi LEDs are glowing amber again, the factory reset is complete and the speakers are in Setup Mode again. You can then restart the app and try again.
Let us know if this helps - if not, we will investigate the issue more closely.
