I'm very sorry to hear that. Curiously, which soundbar do you have? Do you have one of our soundbars that can stream music wirelessly? Can the soundbar turn on at all? If you haven't done so already, please try to unplug power to the system for a solid minute and re-test. Please let us know so we can assist further.
