PAL UK TV use

If I've bought a Bose 130 system here in the US, will I be able to use it with a UK TV signal which is PAL not NTSC?

I know that the voltage is fine

Re: PAL UK TV use

Hi Swithinbank,

Thanks for the question.  Is it a SoundTouch 130 system?  If so, it will work fine as HDMI will switch as needed.

Thanks,

Brandon

Re: PAL UK TV use

Thank you. So if the input is PAL via an HDMI cable then the Bose unit will export a similar signal to a PAL OLED TV?

I'm looking at the SoundTouch 120 or 130. Would both be compatible?

I have a SoundTouch system in the house with 1 x 20 and 3 x 10 speakers which are great.

we spend part of the year in the U.K. and part in the USA

Re: PAL UK TV use

Hi Kim,

Correct. As long as both the source (lets say Blu-Ray player) and destination (TV) are the same, there will be no issue.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

Best,

Brandon
