After last system Update i keep receiving the error as in the screenshot whenever I try to connect my Bose Sound Touch 20 Series 3 to my Android Phone or Windows PC. I had similar issues sometime back, in July. This issue has been persistent. Kindly resolve this issue.
Hello Abhi, Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I have a few troubleshooting steps that we can use to attempt to resolve this issue:
Verify the system is on and the Bluetooth source has been selected.
Clear the pairing list of the SoundTouch 20 by performing the following:
Turn the system is on
Press and hold the Bluetooth|AUX button for around 10 seconds on the remote or on top of the system
The system will emit a tone indicating that the stored pairing list has been cleared.
After hearing the tone you can release the button and attempt to re-pair the SoundTouch system with your devices.
You may need to turn off/on the Bluetooth for the device to re-appear in the Bluetooth device list
If the issue still occurs following the above steps you can perform a product reset by turning off the SoundTouch 20 and then unplugging the power cord for a full minute. Once the minute has elapsed plug the system back into power and attempt to re-pair the device.
