I have a soundtouch 20 & 30 but since recent update I cannot get them to Play All which is the whole purpose of having such a system. I have read lots of comments on here but would like to know when the fix is going to go in to stop this happening. An early response would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried any of the troubleshooting that has been suggested? If you could, please force a software update to each of your systems by holding down the VOL- and 4 buttons on the top of each speaker. The update should take roughly 10 minutes.
The Play All issue that some users are experiencing is currently under investigation by the software team, and we will update users here on the community once there are any updates.

thanks for your reply no I haven’t tried anything else out. I only found this site at the Weekend after getting increasingly updated at speakers not working as they should. I will let you know how I get on
