I must have done something wrong. I’ve been trying for nearly an hour to group my ST20
and my STs10. All times they ask me to connect to wifi network, something that I happened to do before. Can somebody help me bearing in mind that I know nothing IT related? Please, save my weekend.

if you cannot remove all speakers from the app then re-add them through the app, connecting them to your WiFi, then you need to “contact us” (us is them, not me) at Bose through the “Contact Us” Links. They can talk you through it. Be prepared for a lot of time “on hold”. In the USA, that number is 800-379-2073. 9:00AM to 7:00PM ET on Saturday, closed Sundays.

After doing the update I had for whatever reason lost one of my ST10s of the network. I went into the App and reconnected that speaker and all has been fine since.

Hello. I have the "play all" problem too.
I have android app version 18.1.5 (2018 march) I guess this is latin america version. Because I can't see 19.0.9 version at my playstore. But in my windows app I have same problem with play all.

Would you please tell me where o how can I download 19.0.9 version?

19.0.9 is a Firmware version for each speaker, not an App version.

To get it, see the instructions in the Thread

August 1st - Play All Update
- Located at the top of the SoundTouch Speakers section

You can look it up under "Contact Us" at the bottom of most Bose screens, and then switch the country to Brazil

Hi I was part of the old thread and have been having the play all issues since 19.0.5. I have sent a pm to the community admin, does anyone know how long they take to respond. I would of done this sooner but I’ve been away for a few days on holiday
