if you cannot remove all speakers from the app then re-add them through the app, connecting them to your WiFi, then you need to “contact us” (us is them, not me) at Bose through the “Contact Us” Links. They can talk you through it. Be prepared for a lot of time “on hold”. In the USA, that number is 800-379-2073. 9:00AM to 7:00PM ET on Saturday, closed Sundays.

After doing the update I had for whatever reason lost one of my ST10s of the network. I went into the App and reconnected that speaker and all has been fine since.
19.0.9 is a Firmware version for each speaker, not an App version.

Is there any alternative for those outside USA, as my nick mentions, I live in Brazil...
You can look it up under "Contact Us" at the bottom of most Bose screens, and then switch the country to Brazil

Hi I was part of the old thread and have been having the play all issues since 19.0.5. I have sent a pm to the community admin, does anyone know how long they take to respond. I would of done this sooner but I’ve been away for a few days on holiday
