OK - this is even worse now.
nothing works - can't play anything any longer - I am getting this error message:
"We can't access your music service account right now. Try entering your username and password again"
I have just signed out and signed in again to the soundtouch app and keep getting the same error message.
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE???
Thank you sbleyo. I've sent those up to the software team. You should see the new firmware update available in the next 1-2 business days.
unfortunately I am not able to get the update 19.0.11 (still not announced on the forum - why????)
app keeps telling me "there was a problem checking for the update (4004 / 0)"
I remain quite unimpressed with the whole process.
