OK - this is even worse now.

 

nothing works - can't play anything any longer - I am getting this error message:

 

"We can't access your music service account right now. Try entering your username and password again" 

 

I have just signed out and signed in again to the soundtouch app and keep getting the same error message.

 

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE???

unfortunately I am not able to get the update 19.0.11 (still not announced on the forum - why????)

app keeps telling me "there was a problem checking for the update (4004 / 0)"

Please clarify.

I remain quite unimpressed with the whole process.

@Brandon_M PM me ASAP so as to explain what is going on with my account.

 

Why am I not able to play any spotify now on any of my speakers? it's even not a PLAY ALL issue only any longer.

 

URGENT reply required. 

 

THIS IS GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE. YOU HAVE DELIBERATELY DESTROYED MY SYSTEM. WHY?

Brandon, thanks for nothing. My system is now COMPLETELY unusable.

 

I get a 4004 / 0 error ("there was a problem checking for the update") from ipad, phone and MacPro. every time I open the app,

 

I am not able to play either apple music or spotify on ANY speaker.

 

PLAY ALL of course still does not work.

 

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE NOW????

 

REPLY TO THIS ASAP AND PM ME AS WELL WITH A VERY CONVINCING EXPLANATION FOR THIS MESS UP.

 

Shame on BOSE ... AGAIN.
