I wonder how long it will take for Bose to fix this problem!
It really is highly annoying specially being so close to the holidays, you want to enjoy your music and you have to keep turning off and on the speakers in order to listen to them.
Like I said, I have my speakers for over a year and never had this issue before until your last software update.
You guys know the problem is with your faulty update and still keep telling us to power cycle the speakers, reboot the routers, remove and disconnect the speakes and so on...like it is our fault.
But, let's be honest here. This is Bose problem.
Stop keep asking us to troubleshooting these speakers when you know it is your software update problem. Get your heads together to find the problem and release another update to fix this issue.
Bose got to fix this. I know Bose have great speakers but defeats the whole purpose when you have software updates that keeps downgrade them or making them unusable.
