I have a Soundtouch 20 and have the same problem since 2-3 weeks. I have no problems with wifi connection (RSSI excellent) and already tried all the steps as reboot the router, remove and disconnect...
I also deleted the application, only using the presets, but the music just stopped playing again...
Highly annoying!! Is there a solution yet?
I have same problem with her. I'm using Cinemate 130 but it happens same problem after updating it.

I'm seeing the same issue since the last update that I installed yesterday.
I start playing a cd via Spotify, but after about four songs the player stops and does not want to play any other song.
This was no problem at all before the update.

Thank you for responding. Curiously, if you increase the signal strength to the ST10 and the ST Wireless Link, does the issue clear up? We have an article HERE with steps that can help. Please let us know.

I'm sorry to hear that. How often does the issue occur? Can you try to set a static IP or lengthen the DHCP lease time in your router to see if that prevents the issue from returning?

Thank you for the post. If you haven't already done so already, can you try to unplug both your system and router from power for 30 seconds and re-test to see if it helps? Also, can you try to adjust the streaming quality from within the app and see if it resolves the issue? To do this go to Menu > Settings > Music Services > Spotify > Music Streaming Quality. Please try "Balanced Quality and Speed" as well as "Fastest Streaming" and let us know.

I've been having the same issue on soundtouch 10 for about 3-4 weeks. On both spotify and NAS streaming. Just downloaded the logs from the device and would be very glad if u can help. Cuase this really is making me crazy 🙂
