Bose, after trying all of your suggested fixes, my Soundlink still does not work - at all. I can't even reset the thing. Why on earth I spent so much cash on this typcially useless device, I have no idea. Bose updated my system and my system stopped working. Bose's actions have caused loss on my part, I will be requesting (a) a replacement system and (b) cash compensation.
