Ready to connect

My SoundTouch 20 has been having this problem of not connecting to anything, my Samsung S7 Edge, my laptop, and some other Samsung phones as well. I had this for about 6 months before this happened, and loved every minute of it. So I did everything to try to get it to work, factory reseting, clearing the paired devices, just about anything you can think of. I am so clueless why it is doing this. Can I have some help, because I don't see anything that is of any use to me, thanks!
