ST 300 Universal Remote "Pause" function with Virgin V6

I'm in the process of setting up my New ST300 and the Universal Remote.  I use a Virgin Media V6 box and the code in the Handbook seems to have worked alright except for the "Pause" function - pressing "Pause" doesn't pause bur generates a message "Quick View is OFF".

Can anyone tell me whether the Pause function is there but hidden or whether it is simply not available?  Something of a pain if it's not there - pausing live or recorded programmes is extremely useful.

Thanks for the post, and sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the pause button.

 

If you could, can you try the same code again but keep pressing the Volume + button to cycle further through the codes in the remote to see if there is another one that pauses correctly?  The one you are using might be slightly different than the one designed for your STB.
