ST + VI 300: Rear speaker balance feature disappeared in 20.0.6

The rear speaker balance adjustment feature (Settings -> Speaker Settings -> ST 300 -> Audio Settings) that was introduced earlier has disappeared with the most recent release of the app (20.0.6).

Anyone else with a similar experience?

Thanks for posting in the Community!  That's certainly an odd issue, but let's see if we can identify where the issue is.

• Does this issue happen on a different mobile device with the SoundTouch app?
• Have you tried re-pairing the speakers to the soundbar as QuilpieGuy mentioned?
• If this doesn't appear to work, let's see if we can uninstall and reinstall the app on the mobile device.
• As a final step, we can try a factory default of the soundbar and the steps can be found HERE.
