ST300 ADAPTiQ Error 5

I just setup my ST300 on my Samsung UN49KS8000, no base or sat speakers.  When running the ADAPTiQ setup it goes thru the first location and tells me it couldn't setup and to contact Bose with Error Code 5.  Any ideas on what is going on and how to coorect or is this another issue that can't seemingly be corrected (ie HDMIARC)?  TYIA...

Hi Mike, 


Can you try to disconnect and reconnect the ADAPTiQ headset and re-run the process to see if it will go through? Error Code 5 could appear if the microphones on the headset moved too much to get an accurate reading during the ADAPTiQ calibration process. After a seating location has been determined, keep the headset still while the calibration for that location takes place. Do not move until the system asks you to move to another location. Can you also try to unplug the soundbar from power and re-test? If this still continues to fail, please try a factory default reset outlined HERE
