ST300 Acoustimass bass module stopped working suddenly

Saturday night it was fine and booming like it does. Yesterday it just stopped playing bass. The white light is on and it isn't blinking or anything. I've tried unplugging the soundbar and bass module. I have done a factory reset. I've tried using the aux cord. I have unplugged both of them so many times. I've used the sync option , music note and hold 7, over and over. 

None of these things work. It shows up in the app. I've updated the speakers as well. They are both completely up to date.

I don't understand what happened. Suddenly it just doesn't play anything? Very odd. I've had it for over a year so I'm not sure if I even have options with Bose.

I'm sorry to hear that your bass module is no longer functioning appropriately. I will do all I can to help you with this matter. 

 

It seems that you have done a great job troubleshooting so far. Has anything changed at all recently regarding your setup? It is a possibility that the bass module may be experiencing some interference. 

 

With this in mind, my next suggestion would be to connect the bass module with the soundbar using the interconnect cable. This is simply a 3.5mm to 3.5mm aux cable. Do you have access to one of these?
