ST300 HDMI in direct audio

AFTER FEW MONTHS WORKING WOOD BY HDMI ARC, YESTERDAY STOP WORK ST300 I HAVE TO DISCONECT CABLE TV BOX AND PLUG IN AGAIN AND START WORK BUT ARC ITS NOT ON OR OF ST300 AS BEFORE. ANY ONE WHIT SIMILAR PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP. I LOVE MY ST 300

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. To clarify, are you having issues with the HDMI IN or the HDMI-ARC connection on the soundbar? Curiously, what is the make and model of your TV? If the issues are with ARC, can you try to unplug power to the soundbar, as well as your TV, unplug the HDMI cable between the two, re-connect the cable, then reconnect power and re-test?Please let us know.
