I had the same issue with my Samsung TV, though a different model than what you referenced. I contacted Bose Support and we walked through it. Basically there are some extra steps involved to advance the codes until you get one that works. I am happy to report that mine is now working.
Here is a link to the manual. Have a look at the remote manual, page 1. Volume advances to the next code, then press Menu until the remote responds. Hopefully you're able to get this working. If not, I would suggest contacting Bose Tech Support via phone, they can walk you though it.
