Hi Bose,
although I already own a Bose SoundTouch 30 III (right now I'm trying to solve a Bluetooth connectivity issue with one of your moderators - https://community.bose.com/t5/SoundTouch-Speakers/SoundTouch-30-III-Bluetooth-connection-blocked-on-...), I have an opportunity to buy another new one from a proper Bose seller for a very good price, because the device was returned by the first buyer right after a purchase (only the bass played) and then repaired by a big local certified repair firm within the Bose guarantee.
I have a repair protocol that says "AMP/PCB board" was exchanged for a new one and that solved the problem. Don't know if they used a proper Bose component or one made by some other manufacturer, maybe some cheap one "no name" or even put a used one inside, do you think it's save to buy it? The speakers sound like faultless device, but I don't have such a great musical hearing and some musician or an audiophile might hear something fishy that I can't. The seller is the biggest electro-store in the country, it's quality and reliable and will of course provide me with full 2-year guarantee. But even if it won't break down anymore, I don't want a Bose product that don't have that perfectly clear Bose sound for which people buy your speakers.
Thanks in advance
Michael
