Thanks for getting back to us! Something similar to the web redirect service, we can make a change to the router to see if we can help alleviate these detection issues. HERE are the exact steps outlined as well as the servers you would want to input.
After making this change I would recommend rebooting the router for 30 seconds.

So just an update
looks like the change for the "called web redirect" helped i have not had any issues so far after i changed that.
