Re: Searching for speaker

Our ISP is a small local only provider.

As for router mode, I believe it already operates in legacy mode. The speaker and phone in question have worked well together for years, up until maybe a month ago. No equipment has changed on our end, so not sure what could be causing it?

Re: Searching for speaker

Hi etkelley

Thanks for getting back to us!  Something similar to the web redirect service, we can make a change to the router to see if we can help alleviate these detection issues.  HERE are the exact steps outlined as well as the servers you would want to input.

After making this change I would recommend rebooting the router for 30 seconds.

Let us know how it goes!

Warm Regards,

Tony A

Re: Searching for speaker

Has your experience improved using your orbi?

We have a orbi gigabit mesh network & incredible speed throughout the house but the soundtouch app is constantly searching for speakers & not letting us scroll through the dozen or so zones we have.

Seems like others have had positive results with eeros mesh network. I’m considering switching out to that option. Any feedback would be appreciated.
